At Newer, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't suit you, you have a period of time to change your mind and request a return.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and complete (accessories, instructions, original packaging).

  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Products excluded from return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items,

  • Sealed products opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).

3. Return procedure

  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions to follow.

  3. Return the product within 14 days of your request.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error in order preparation.

4. Refunds

Once the product has been received and checked, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Defective products or ordering errors

In this case, the return costs will be fully covered by Newer and you can request an exchange or a full refund.
